Description
I live to write.
Sometimes I do other stuff when I'm not writing, but not often.
Chocolate is a food group in my universe.
I have a large collection of great books I hope to read eventually.
I'm usually too busy writing to read books.
My brown eyes are my favorite feature.
My feet are not pretty. *sigh*
One of my best friends is a 50+ year old teddy bear.
Thinking is one of my favorite recreational activities.
Red is my favorite color, but there's nothing red in my wardrobe.
I am not afraid of death, only suffering before it happens.
I have a completely irrational fear of attics and basements, particularly if they have dark places toward the back.
I envy women who have pretty hands and fingernails; mine are wretched.
As a kid, if I'd made a different choice, I'd have ended up a murder victim.
I have seen UFOs twice in the past five years.
I dream in color.
I enjoy swimming but haven't been in a pool in years.
I believe in an afterlife and believe I have experience evidence of it.
I feel closer to my virtual friends than I do to people in realtime.
Political commentators who constantly interrupt each other drive me *&%$@#! nuts.
I believe the Bush administration orchestrated the attacks of 9/11.
Ray Bradbury is my favorite author.
I will always love Paul Newman (ohhh...those blue, blue eyes...).
Dogs are not my favorite living things, but they seem to like me. Go figure.
Happiness is a warm kitty curled up on my lap.
I have never seen the ocean.
I would like to experience zero gravity.
I believe we will see the breakdown of American society in our lifetime.
I hope I'm wrong about my prediction about American society.
Occasional insomnia has been a part of my life as far back as I can recall.
I believe passionately in God and feel contempt for organized religion.
When I'm outdoors and by myself I feel closest to God .
I would love to get a tattoo. On my tushie, I think...
I don't like to wear lipstick.
I don't like the sound of my own voice.
If I could communicate exclusively through writing, I would.
Although I play piano very well by ear, I wish I could read music notation better than I do.
Robert Palmer was a class act all the way; I still miss him.
My worst fear is of developing Alzheimer's.
Once upon a time I wanted to pursue a career in cancer research.
I 'm not sure if I am extremely intuitive or a little bit psychic. The latter possibility scares me a little.
I truly like every character I write into my stories; even the not-so-good ones.
I am in love for the first--and last--time in my life. Thank you, Obiwan...
I'll never understand why people destroy things just because they can.
When I'm nervous or stressed-out, I pick at my fingernails and cuticles.
I never own more than three pairs of shoes; I hate wearing them. Ick.
My hearing isn't great; damaged by noise from ventilation fans during 10 years' working at a greenhouse.
The scent of lilies-of-the-valley and lilacs make me quite giddy.
I feel sad when I see an old tree being cut down.
Once I cried when I found a mouse in a mouse trap.
I can hear the dialog between the characters in my stories.
Raw cookie dough (chocolate chip) and cake batter (any kind) are better unbaked.
My favorite movie of all time is Casablanca.
My dream car is an MGB. Red. Black leather interior. Vanity plate: MGSMG.
When I die, I want to be conscious and aware of death's approach.
I hope to win a massive lottery so I can prove to God that instant wealth won't ruin me.
I would like to visit a bona fide haunted location.
I almost drowned as a kid when a friend panicked and grabbed me in the deep end of the public swimming pool.
I have received three speeding tickets in all my years of driving, but deserved a lot more.
I can usually "figure out" a movie within its first 5-10 minutes.
Every time I peruse a new book, I read the last sentence first.
I LOVE classical music reinterpreted as rock. It works.
J.S. Bach is my favorite classical composer.
I'm impatient by nature, more with myself than other people.
My all-time favorite song is "The Long and Winding Road" by Paul McCartney.
I have a bit of a temper; got that from Dad's side of the family.
I started a screenplay for a film; it's been on the back burner for a few years...
Next to chocolate, my favorite food is vegetarian pizza (no green olives, please...)
I tend to be rather untidy.
I would enjoy having a tree house; Obiwan would be welcome to visit.
I like jewelry but don't wear it often.
A boisterous rain storm with lots of thunder and lightening is romantic.
Given a choice between winter and summer, I'd choose summer.
My favorite TV show: toss up between The X-Files and Millennium. I still miss them.
Most tv sitcoms are simply not funny.
My favorite candy: toss up between Reece's Peanut Butter Cups and Butterfinger bar.
Beef, chicken or fish? Chicken.
I'm still deciding whether or not to cut my hair; at this point, I think not.
My favorite Muppet? Kermie.
Bliss is a hot fudge sundae; extra hot fudge.
Given a choice between washing dishes and mowing the lawn, I'd rather mow the lawn.
Math makes me very uncomfortable.
I do a lot of my living in my head. It's safer there.
I am wretched about remembering people's names.
I enjoy a good western film--favorite: Shane.
Given a choice between living in the city or in the country, I'd choose the country.
In a past life I died in a Nazi concentration camp.
I am a hunt-and-peck typist, but I do it very well.
I enjoy sorting things.
The extent of my laundry-sorting: dark load and light load. That's it.
When I want most to appear graceful I tend to be a tad awkward.
I wouldn't mind winter if I didn't have to go outdoors then.
I prefer lasagne for Thanksgiving dinner; homemade chocolate pudding for dessert.
I detest "healthy" brownies; they were never meant to be healthy.
Creating Happenstance is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
If I could afford one, I would have an indoor swimming pool.
If I could meet a famous person, it would be Frank Lloyd Wright. The man was a genius.
My dream vacation would take place in Hawaii, but nowhere near the touristy places.
When I reach my weight-loss goal, I will buy myself leather pants and a leather jacket. Men will swoon with happiness. ; )
I can be really rude to inconsiderate people. So sue me.
